Phil888 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1Introduction and Acceptance

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account at Phil888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and when placing any bets or transactions.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of a Phil888 employee.

• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed Phil888 account.

Phil888 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one account at Phil888. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or in combination with other persons — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended with all balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Phil888 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information you provide. If your information changes after registration, you are responsible for updating it in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Never share your password or one-time password (OTP) with any other person.
• Never allow another person to access your Phil888 account on your behalf.
• Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Notify Phil888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

All activity that occurs while your account is logged in is your responsibility. Phil888 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, except where the breach is directly caused by a Phil888 security failure on our end.

4Deposits

All deposits at Phil888 are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Phil888 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks. Accepted methods are displayed at checkout and may change at Phil888's discretion.

The minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱200 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day, and are displayed at the time of deposit. Phil888 reserves the right to adjust these limits.

Deposits at Phil888 must be funded exclusively from accounts or cards registered in your own name. 5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by Phil888 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. The standard daily withdrawal limit is ₱200,000. Higher limits may apply for verified VIP accounts.

All players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and a recent selfie. Once verified, KYC does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Phil888 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified, eligible player accounts only.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, household, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated with each bonus offer.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

Any attempt to manipulate bonus offers — including placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine play — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed at Phil888 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed. Game rules are displayed within each game section of the Phil888 platform and are considered part of these Terms.

Phil888 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned before a result could be declared.
• Incorrect odds were posted due to a technical or human error, and the bet was placed after the error occurred.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or in a manner that constitutes abuse of the betting system.
• A match or event result is under official investigation for integrity issues.

Phil888's decision on the settlement of any bet or dispute is final. If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, you may submit a dispute to Phil888 support within 7 calendar days of the result being declared. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Phil888 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Phil888 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Phil888 game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage and failing to report them to Phil888 support immediately.
• Depositing or using funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any other illegal means.

Phil888 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of prohibited conduct, including suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. Cases involving potential criminal activity will be reported to appropriate Philippine authorities, including the AMLC where applicable.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Phil888 may suspend or close a player account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement affecting the account.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, Phil888 will notify you by email and advise on the next steps. Legitimate balances in suspended accounts will be returned to the player's verified payment method once any investigation is concluded, unless the suspension arises from a Terms breach that results in forfeiture.
